Submitting an Order Form does not guarantee acceptance. I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

Prices are subject to change. Clients will not be billed nor reimbursed the difference if the cost of an item changes during a project's duration.

The client understands that they are paying for the non-refundable time and expertise of an artist. Completed commissions are not eligible for refund.

Discussions regarding ongoing projects and other business-related inquiries are conducted entirely over email.

Unless communication with a client is lost, I will only ever reach out over email. I do not utilize social media direct messages for business communications due to poor organization and lack of reliability.

Emails are handled on business days [Monday through Friday]. I am unavailable to respond on weekends. I may require a business day or two to respond.

Files for finished artwork are sent to the client via their chosen contact email.

Clients may request edits [such as colour adjustments, artist errors and markings] after the artwork is completed. Edits that would greatly impact the integrity of the lineart may be subject to a fee.

Completed client artwork may be utilized for my own advertising and self promotion purposes. All completed client works are published to my online galleries and social media.

Clients may request to have their commission be private. This must be noted at the time of purchase or before the artwork is completed. Private commissions will not be utilized for advertising, nor will they appear in my online galleries or social media.

The client may print their purchased artwork for their own personal use provided no monetary profit is being earned.

The client may publish their purchased artwork to their own social media and online art galleries.

The client may use their purchased artwork for personal non-commercial use, such as social media banners, icons, backgrounds, physical art prints, or physical stickers.

Clients must obtain written permission from me prior to distributing or utilizing artwork for commercial use purposes.

Commercial use fees vary between projects. Please email me for an accurate quote regarding your specific project.

Depending on the project, royalties may or may not apply. Royalty rate and applicability varies depending on the project type and client [corporation vs sole proprietorship].

Royalties may apply for merchandise or prints involving the artwork.

Clients may be eligible for a one-time license fee instead of a royalty rate for certain projects. This is an additional 25% to 30% of the project's cost and only needs to be paid once for the indefinite use.

Commercial use licenses are non-transferable and are exclusive to the original client.

Any use of my artwork relating to non fungible tokens, image generation tools [including the use as learning data], or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited, regardless if for profit or not. I will not accept projects involving the listed criteria.

Position in the queue may vary due to response time or artwork complexity.

Unless arrangements have been made, unpaid commissions that have exceeded ten days in the queue without response from the client will be removed from the queue with notice and considered cancelled.

Every commission is subject to my current turnaround time. Larger orders may require more time. Patreon content is prioritized as it is time-sensitive.

Work in Progress updates [or "WIPs"] are mid-progress updates sent back to the client for approval throughout the project prior to the artwork's completion. A client may receive one to two WIPs for a single commissioned piece. This may vary on the style of commission.

The Estimate Turnaround Time ["ETA"] is exclusively an estimate and is not a guarantee for a project's completion.

Clients are encouraged to request changes if desired.

Clients are welcome to reach out via email at any point to inquire about the status of their project.

Larger projects, commission orders of multiple artworks, and group prints may take longer to fulfill, and may take longer than their estimated turnaround time.

If a client requires their artwork for a deadline, they must express this at the time of purchase. Please note: not all deadlines can be accommodated. Rush fees may apply.

I may terminate a commission if the project is being hindered by the revision process. Should a project be terminated, the client will be immediately receive a partial refund. Refund amounts may vary, determined by the volume of work completed at the time of issue.

Quote pricing is valid during up to and including the next immediate commission opening.

Unless arrangements have been made, unpaid commissions that have exceeded ten days in the queue without response from the client will be removed from the queue with notice and considered cancelled.

A project may be cancelled due to reasons including but not limited to: conflict of interest, health concerns, abusive behaviour from the client.

Should a project be terminated, the client will be immediately receive a partial to full refund. Refund amounts may vary, determined by the volume of work completed at the time of issue.

If a commission was abandoned or cancelled while incomplete, it may be repurposed or resold. The client's character[s] will be removed and replaced.

Scrapped WIPs may be repurposed or resold. The client's character[s] will be removed and replaced.

Invoices are due within ten days of issue.

Clients may request a payment plan or extension on their invoice due date.

Payments can be accepted through Paypal invoicing or Square invoicing.

If a refund must be issued, the client will receive a partial to full refund. Refund amounts may vary, determined by the volume of work completed at the time of issue.

I will not compensate, nor can I expedite, fees or processing times imposed on refunds by the payment service provider.
